Products that survive year two

Anyone can ship a first version. The difference shows in year two, when someone new opens the repository and has to change something without breaking the rest.

Write to us

This fits if

  • A spreadsheet or a manual process has quietly become business-critical.
  • You have a product idea and need it in front of real users before the budget runs out.
  • An existing app is slow, fragile, or nobody dares to deploy it.
  • Your systems do not talk to each other, and the integration is people.

What is included

  1. Product discovery

Who uses it, what they do all day, and the smallest version worth shipping. Prototypes before commitments.

  2. Architecture and data model

The decisions that are expensive to change later, made deliberately and written down.

  3. Build and test

Two-week increments, automated tests on the parts that matter, and code review on everything.

  4. Release and handover

CI/CD, monitoring, documentation, and a walkthrough with whoever owns it next.

What you get

  • A working application in production
  • Source code and infrastructure in your accounts
  • Automated tests and a deployment pipeline
  • Architecture and operations documentation
  • A handover session, recorded if you want it

What we work with

  • TypeScript · Python · Go
  • React · React Native · Svelte
  • Node.js · FastAPI
  • PostgreSQL · Redis
  • Docker · GitHub Actions
  • AWS · Azure · Hetzner
  • REST · GraphQL
  • Playwright · Vitest · pytest

Tools are chosen to fit the problem, not the other way round.

App development

Questions about this service

Web app or native mobile?

Usually a web app first, because it is cheaper to change while you are still learning what people need. We move to native when a genuine device capability requires it - not by default.

Can you take over an app someone else built?

Yes, and often. We start with a short review so both sides know what we are inheriting before anyone promises a date.

What happens if we stop working with you?

Nothing breaks. The code, the pipeline and the infrastructure are already yours, and the documentation is written for someone who has never met us.

Sound like your situation?

Write us a couple of sentences and we will tell you whether we can help.
