AI and Product studio in Riga

Technologythat works.From every angle.

Happy 360 is an AI and Product studio in Riga. We work out where AI is worth it and then build it, and we design and ship websites and apps - for companies that need something that actually reaches its users.

How we work

No surprises. That's the whole method.

Every engagement runs the same four beats, whether it's a two-week audit or a two-year platform.

  1. Discover

We sit with your team, read the code, map the systems and write down what is actually true. The findings are yours even if you stop here.

  2. Shape

Scope, architecture, budget and a plan with dates on it. A fixed price where a price can be fixed, and an honest range where it cannot.

  3. Build

Two-week increments with a demo at the end of each one. You can look at the work in progress any day - not only at the finish.

  4. Run

Monitoring, updates, security patches and a named person who answers. Handover to your own team whenever you want it.

Why Happy 360

One partner. Fewer moving parts.

  • Local, and actually reachable

We are in Riga. Latvian, Russian and English - in the same meeting if that is what the room needs.

  • Senior people on your project

Whoever scoped it is whoever builds it. No handoff to a junior bench once the pitch is over.

  • You own everything

Code, accounts, domains and documentation are in your name from day one. Leaving us should be easy; we would rather you stayed because it works.

  • AI where it pays off

We will tell you when a model is the answer, and when a spreadsheet and two hours of process work would do the job better.

The kind of work we take on

Typical engagements.

Three shapes the conversation usually starts in.

  • AI strategy

    3weeks

A board that wants an AI plan, not another pilot

Six candidate use cases on the table and three weeks to work out which two were worth building and what the other four would have cost. The deliverable was a decision, not a demo.

  • Build

    8weeks

A website that has to sell, not merely exist

A multilingual site, a CMS the marketing team can operate without help, and Core Web Vitals in the green. Live in eight weeks.

  • AI

    90min/day

Ninety minutes a day spent on copy and paste

One team, one repetitive workflow, a small model and some plumbing. The point was never the model - the point is the ninety minutes.

Named references on request - we do not publish client names without asking them first.

Frequently asked

What people usually ask in the first call.

How much does a project cost?

A discovery engagement has a fixed fee agreed before it starts. Build work is quoted after discovery, because quoting it earlier would be guessing. We put ranges in writing early so nobody wastes their time.

How quickly can you start?

Two to three weeks for a full team, and often within days for an audit or a second opinion.

Will you work with our existing developers?

Frequently. Sometimes we lead, sometimes we are an extra pair of hands, sometimes we only review. All three are fine.

What if we want to take the project in-house later?

Then you take it. Everything is already in your accounts, and handover is part of the plan rather than a negotiation.

Which languages do you work in?

Latvian, Russian and English. Documentation in whichever of them your team reads fastest.

Do you only work with Latvian companies?

No. Most of our work is in Latvia and the Baltics, but we work remotely across the EU.

Tell us what is not working.

One email, one call, no sales sequence. If we are not the right fit we will say so and point you somewhere better.
